JP Team at CTF
JP (Jones Performance) Team is not just a workout, it’s a program that incorporates strength training, cardiovascular endurance, agility, power, flexibility, and core strength. JP group training is fun, fast and effective! Not only is our program unique but our community is too! We believe it is very important to have a support system within our JP community to get long lasting results. The coaches and clients support one another through motivation and encouragement. Lastly our JP Team program is here to educate on how to move. How to squat, jump, lunge, push, pull, hinge and more. Proper mechanics not only prevents injury but it will also heal them.
IGNITE YOUR INNER ATHLETE
What this means is we want to train like an athlete for many reasons. We are believers in training this way and having this mind set (whether your competitive or not) because we want to maintain the highest level of functionality as we age. More times than not, people think lifting weights or cardio is all that you need. This isn’t the case, which is why we focus on all aspects of training, like strength training, cardiovascular endurance, agility, power, flexibility, and core strength, like I mentioned before.
Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday
MON, WED, FRI
Resistance days, we are pushing, pulling, hinging, lunging squatting and more. These are our weight lifting days that is essential to any program. We focus on functional movements that play a role to your day to day life.
Push your cardiovascular fitness to the limit. These sessions are focused towards bodyweight exercises. We will be hitting agility drills, core strength, rowing, assault bike , running and more.
Gather around at each station while the trainer will give step by step instruction of each exercise.
Time to warm up. Your trainer will take you though a full body dynamic warm up to perform your best.
This is where the fun begins. Time to crank the music and get after it. Your trainer will be there to help guide you through out the workout to support your every step.
We finish off every workout with a stretching/mobility cool down lead by the trainer.
